By accessing or using GuidePop you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Use of service
GuidePop provides tooling to build in-product walkthroughs, checklists and knowledge bases. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, reverse engineering it, or using it to distribute unlawful or harmful content.
6. Intellectual property
GuidePop and its content (excluding content you provide) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to GuidePop at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuidePop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
